Life Coach
Coaching is about creating more success in life – as defined by the individual – to perform and feel one’s best. Different from counseling and/or traditional therapy which often explore how past experiences impact the present, coaching is focused on moving forward.
By creating a personal and powerful client focused relationship, coaching supports an individual to clarify what is desired for personal satisfaction and/or professional achievement. Working with an attentive, intuitive coach allows the client to sift through issues at hand, talk out loud about options for dealing with them, and clarify what action/s may be appropriate to take. Having a safe environment to share personal desires and goals and receive unbiased feedback is extremely supportive and helpful in tackling difficult or uncomfortable situations or relationships. Together, the coach and client create practical ways of addressing them that allow the client to feel validated and experience forward movement.

Unlike a psychic whose job it is to simply report impressions and intuitive “hits,” an Intuitive Counselor/Coach offers individuals and organizations guidance and wisdom for how best to utilize this information for the highest good. Sessions may include a spiritual component, with techniques ranging from prayer to meditation, tapping, and energy work, as well as many others.
In addition, the Counselor/Coach aids in the recognition and strengthening of the client’s own intuitive abilities, creating an awareness of their own inner wisdom and capacity to make better decisions more quickly and with less stress.

Peak Performance Training
Despite the abundance of today’s technological wonders and the unprecedented number of documented systems and approaches to addressing fitness training, often the educated and uneducated, the initiated and the uninitiated, the novice and the experienced participant is confused by how best to utilize the time available in order to reach health and workout goals.
Here at HHP, our Peak Performance Fitness Training is based in Mihály Csíkszentmihályi’s concept of “Flow,” the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.” For those looking for training, we offer the option of working with either a Peak Performance Strategist or Peak Performance Coach.
Peak Performance Strategist
For improvement-focused clients comfortable working on their own, our Peak Performance Strategist will help create plans and systems to achieve health and fitness goals beyond the current comfort zone. Such goals may include learning to swim, completing a 3-day walk, triathlon, marathon or Ironman, climbing the stairs of a 100-story building, right-sizing for special events including weddings, high school reunions, television broadcasts, or speeches. By working with Flow, the client not only achieves these goals, but also gains an improved sense of self and well being. Stress is reduced and fitness IQ is increased. In addition, the client often experiences greater engagement and overall life satisfaction.
Peak Performance Coach
Improvement-minded searchers, executives, students, novice athletes, organizations and families looking for a more hands-on approach will benefit from a Peak Performance Coach. A coach will teach the steps, tactics, and movements to improve stamina, and increase strength, speed, and endurance.
Merging the best tools of time-tested tradition with emerging theory, the Peak Performance Coach utilizes state-of-the-art fitness technology coupled with age-old wisdom and Flow to help the client reach their goals by the most efficient, effective path. In order to keep the client active and engaged, a variety of activities, such as body weight exercises, heart rate monitoring, jump roping, biking, weight lifting, kettle bells, as well as running hills, beaches, and steps, may be introduced.
